Sustainability and Overholt Construction

Overholt Construction is proud to announce the completion of its first LEED project, the American Maritime Officers World Headquarters, an 18,410 square foot 3-story complex located in Dania Beach, FL.  

This project is currently being reviewed by the US GREEN Building Council to determine the project’s Silver or Gold LEED Certification, a decision for which is pending and will shortly be finalized.

This high profile project along with Florida Keys Electric Cooperative Administrative and Warehouse Facility which included many sustainable elements has propelled, multiple members of the Overholt Team into the final stages of the required work to become LEED certified. We look forward to a Green future for our organization and our clients.
